WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES ONLY - NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE:
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental United States, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.  Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon including stun devices and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories). 

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  Please provide a physical address for shipping. 

Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia.  

Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York or Massachusetts.

All United States orders are normally shipped the same business day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.  UPS Ground shipping is $7.95 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon checkout for orders under $100.00.  UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $100.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  When checking out, please make sure you check "UPS GROUND FREE SHIPPING".  If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so; however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order.  Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:

UPS Ground - $8.45 - (Normal Flat Rate Shipping)

UPS Next Day Air - (depending on weight and size) - larger packages and weight will cost more and any difference in cost will be added to your order.  We will confirm with you prior to shipping!

UPS 2nd Day Air - (depending on weight and size) - larger packages and weight will cost more and any difference in cost will be added to your order.  We will confirm with you prior to shipping! 

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.  Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.  If you place your order by mail or phone and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.

We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone.  Our privacy policy is posted. PROTECT YOUR HOME AND FAMILY ships using mainly UPS.  We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.  Orders received by 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will normally ship the same day.  Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will normally ship the following business day.  For orders using a money order, cashier check or personal check, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable).  Please note there is a $30.00 NSF charge for any returned personal checks.  For offline orders please print and mail in the order form provided.
